Amy has lived on the Farm since 1964. During Junior and Senior High school years she was a member of the 4-H group the Holden Trail Trotters and the FFA (Future Farmers of America). Amy took Agriculture classes consisting of animal science, horticulture and industrial arts at Wachusett High School.   Growing up, Amy worked for her family, both on the farm and in their oil business. Along with her husband Dick, they purchased the family company (Parker Oil Service) and worked together for many years before selling the business.  After that, Amy started her own web and graphic design business, catering mostly to the equine industry.  Having shown horses since she was 9 years old, Amy traveled the country both with her family and as an adult.  With her mare Im Scotch Flowing, Amy became the #1 ranked Amateur in Trail in 2000, setting a record number of points earned.

Amy continues to run her travel business part time (since 2007), Hidden Treasure Travel.

Amy was key in the design and decor of the renovations in the barn, and hosts the farm tours for couples to view the wedding venue.
