Built as a ski lodge in 1945, The Summit Tow was a favorite destination for winter fun in Holden Massachusetts.
Horses
Since 1964 we have been raising champion show horses. We offer pony rides during our Unicorn Experience.
Raw Honey
With acres of lavender, zinnias, sunflowers and wild flowers, our honey is one of the best tasting around.
Protecting Pollinators
We plant several varieties of flowers to help the pollinators. Without them, we would have no food. Enjoy a stroll through our Pollinator Paradise during our Butterfly Experience.

Lavender
Lavender symbolizes devotion. We have 20 varieties of lavender which is used for culinary, beverages, crafts, beauty products and more.
Lavender Orpingtons
A rare breed of chicken, Lavender Orpingtons are docile and great egg layers. We often have eggs and chicks available.
Raw Honey
Bees help pollinate the lavender and provide us with healthy, delicious honey. Available in our store.
Flowers
Our Butterfly Experience is held in August featuring a stroll through our Pollinator Paradise.
Horse Farm
