Enjoy the peace and serenity of our 32 acre farm. This is a FREE event for Holden's First Responders and Health Care Professionals and their spouse/partner and children. This event is for First Responders who work or live in Holden. Space is Limited.
You will receive access to the Nature Trails, Lavender Fields, Visit the Farm Animals, Lavender Shop Open (Limited number in store at once), Stone Barn (1st floor) open to relax while social distancing and a Free Hand & Body Butter from the Farm.

Heros Yoga
You've worked uncountable hours caring for others without a moment to process the chaos never mind having a moment to breathe and reflect on your own health and well-being. Focused on well deserved self love, this 60-minute yoga class with Julie is for you to slow down the breath and mind and to let go of subconscious and conscious tension through strengthening and lengthening movements of the body. You'll end the class in stillness ideally feeling rested and restored.
Materials needed: yoga mat and blanket
Materials suggested: two blocks and hand towel/strap

Guided Walk in the Labyrinth
Prepare yourself to quiet your mind, to open your heart and to revitalize your energy. Walking the labyrinth is a sacred path that heals the spirit. In the labyrinth there is but one path. Enjoy a mindful walk into the center of the labyrinth and journey toward the center of yourself. Absorb the experience and walk back into your life, empowered by a new awareness. Enter the labyrinth to discover that there but one way in and out. Fifteen minutes of preparing to walk, with 30 minutes spent in the quiet Lavender labyrinth. Class limited to 12

The Local Tavern will be offering Take Out delivered to the farm so you can enjoy a Picnic On The Farm. Please order your meals with your tickets. Deliveries will be at 11am, 1pm and 6:30pm. We recommend bringing a blanket or tablecloth to enjoy. We've got plenty of space to spread out, or eat in our Old Stone Barn We have plenty of room on the Farm for Social Distancing.
